Joyce graduated from Centre College with a B.S. in Mathematics and a minor in Fine Arts.  She obtained her teaching certificate from Northern Kentucky University and her Masters in Education from Indiana Wesleyan University.  She has enjoyed a career as a high school Mathematics teacher as well as a stay at home mom.  Joyce finds that being the Director of Bluebird allows her to incorporate her background in education with her love for children and her desire to serve the Lord.  Joyce and her husband Rick have two daughters, Shelby and Haley.
